By purchasing this listing, an EXTRA American Girl or Bitty Baby outfit will be included when gifting a doll to a qualifying child or special needs individual, and shipped to their home in time for Christmas.  
Please note: The purchaser will not receive a physical item.  This is a donation toward the cost of the item that will be gifted.

This donation is a multifold blessing.  The restoration process and the crafting of the clothing will be made in whole or in part by special needs adults who will be paid for their time/work.
